Yoganshi Travel Terms & Conditions

By booking any service with Yoganshi Travel, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below. These policies are designed to ensure smooth travel experiences and transparency for all travelers.

Yoganshi Travel reserves the right to update tour prices, itineraries, hotel categories, transportation, or travel schedules without prior notice due to operational requirements, seasonal demand, government taxes, weather conditions, or supplier changes.

1. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Yoganshi Travel. A booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and written confirmation from our team.

The company reserves the right to refuse any booking request without assigning any specific reason.

2. Payment Policy

A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package amount is required to confirm the booking. Remaining payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour.

For last-minute bookings made within 15-30 days before arrival, full payment may be required at the time of booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent through email or written communication to Yoganshi Travel.

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

• 30 days or more before arrival – 10% cancellation charges
• 16 to 29 days before arrival – 50% cancellation charges
• Within 15 days before arrival or No Show – No Refund

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

Please note that bookings made during Christmas, New Year, festive periods, long weekends, or peak season may be completely non-refundable.

4. Travel Documents

Guests are solely responsible for carrying valid government-issued identity proof, passports, visas, permits, health certificates, and other required travel documents during the tour.

Yoganshi Travel will not be responsible for denied boarding, visa rejection, incomplete documentation, or any related losses.

5. Hotel & Transportation Policy

Hotels and transportation are subject to availability. In case of unavoidable situations, equivalent or upgraded alternatives may be provided.

Vehicle usage is limited to the itinerary mentioned in the package. Additional sightseeing or transfers will incur extra charges.

6. Tour Changes & Delays

Yoganshi Travel is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, road closures, political unrest, technical issues, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Tour itineraries may be adjusted for the comfort and safety of travelers whenever necessary.

7. Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all domestic and international tours. Guests are advised to obtain adequate medical, baggage, cancellation, and emergency insurance coverage before travel.

8. Guest Responsibilities

Travelers are expected to maintain respectful behavior during the tour. Any misconduct, illegal activity, damage to property, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.

9. Liability

Yoganshi Travel acts only as an intermediary for hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, theft, baggage damage, personal expenses, or delays caused by third-party service providers.

10. Website Content

All content, images, package details, itineraries, and pricing displayed on the website are for informational purposes and may change without notice.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking any tour package with Yoganshi Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions mentioned above.
